All course purchases at KARKA KARPIKA are final and non-refundable.
Since our courses are digital products and delivered instantly via Google Drive, we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or withdrawals once access has been shared.
Students are responsible for ensuring they review course details before purchasing.
In case of technical issues (e.g., broken link, access problem), our support team will assist and ensure you receive the full content.
1. Access & Delivery
All course videos will be provided through a Google Drive link.
Access will be given within 1–6 hours after successful payment.
The Google Drive link is for personal use only.
2. Lifetime Access
“Lifetime access” means you can watch the videos anytime as long as the Google Drive folder remains active.
Do not delete or move files from your end.
3. No Sharing / Forwarding
Sharing the Google Drive link or downloading & distributing the videos is strictly prohibited.
If sharing is detected, access will be permanently removed without refund.
4. Refund Policy
Since this is a digital product, no refund or cancellation will be provided after purchase.
Please check course details fully before purchasing.
5. Device Usage
You can watch the course on any device (mobile / tablet / laptop).
Do not log in using multiple people’s devices.
6. Copyright
All course materials (videos, images, designs) are the intellectual property of Karka Karpika.
Reuse, resale, or re-uploading anywhere is not allowed.
7. Support & Doubt Sessions
One-to-one doubt sessions must be booked in advance.
Support will be provided only for the purchased course.
8. Course Updates
If new lessons are added in the future, you will receive them at no extra cost (when applicable).

10. OTP Login (SOKIDOO)
Login is secured using OTP verification (SOKIDOO OTP system).
OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number.
11. OTP Validity & Security
OTP is valid for a limited time only.
Multiple incorrect attempts may temporarily block access for security reasons.
12. Account Usage Policy
One purchase is valid for one user only.
Sharing account access with others is strictly prohibited.
13. Download & Recording Restriction
Downloading, screen recording, or capturing course content is not allowed.
Violation may result in permanent access removal.
14. Fair Usage Policy
Do not request edit access or modify the Google Drive folder.
Any misuse may lead to automatic access suspension.
15. Terms Update
Karka Karpika reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
Updated terms will apply to all users immediately.
